She so clearly leads from the front with her inexhaustible amount of enthusiasm and knowledge of the area, which helps make her a fantastic property matchmaker for Surrey homebuyers. Plus, along with her team, she genuinely wants to ensure that people find their dream homes, while also providing expert local advice.

The company sells and lets homes in Ashtead, but also in nearby areas such as Leatherhead, Fetcham, Bookham, Epsom and Dorking through her sister company Higgs & Quinn. It means that the company is big enough that you have a wide selection of houses and flats to offer, but not so big that you’re easily forgotten. You, therefore, get a personalised service with a team that has a real interest in you as the customer. 

We know all this because we recently bought a house very easily with Jackie Quinn Estate Agents. Their excellent customer service was evident from the moment we stepped into any homes we viewed with them. We’d often go with a large entourage in tow (children, grandparents etc), and they didn’t bat an eyelid. In fact, all of their agents we met made conversation with us, wanting to know what we were after and why. They even negotiated a second viewing for us, at a late hour on a Wednesday night, when the sellers had categorically said no to mid-week viewings. 

Plus, once we had an offer accepted, the team kept us abreast of what was going on at every stage of the process. They went over and above to ensure that solicitors were talking to each other when needed. It meant that as buyers, we had confidence that there was someone in our court, helping us push through the purchase we so dearly wanted.
